For most destinations it is pretty unlikely, but as with many international imports, you may be required to pay local duties or fees on the arrival of our order. My item arrived damaged, or I was sent the wrong item
On rare occasions, items can get damaged in transit. If this is the case, simply let us know within 14 days of the item arriving and we’ll happily get an express replacement sent out free of charge
