Collaborating with DROOL provided an additional steady income that allowed me to focus even more time on creating art

Selling my art myself, I'd have to spend a huge amount of time printing the artwork and running back and forth from the post office. DROOL covers all of this, leaving me with much more time to get my mind into the creative side of things
What helped Alex optimise for maximum sales?
Print sizes: Offer your artwork in as many print sizes as possible. People often have a space in mind that they want to fill or already own a frame, so they want an artwork at a specific size. Only offering your artwork in 1 or 2 sizes will dramatically reduce your sale potential
Print ratio: Sell your artwork in imperial and metric sizes. The UK and Europe for example love A paper sizes, whereas US customers prefer imperial sizes
Price point: Ask yourself, is your artwork realistically priced? If it's an open (non-limited) edition print then the price point should be considerably lower then a limited edition print. Pricing artwork is very hard and something we don't like to do for artists as it's hard for us to know the full creative process that's gone into an artwork
