Every print is produced using a 12-colour giclée printer and examined by a real human being before being sent out. This, along with the fact we only use original and official UV (pigment based) inks, allows us to produce razor-sharp detail and amazingly vivid or saturated colours compared to that of other printing methods. The word giclée or “gee-clay”, is based on the French verb gicler which means “to squirt or spray”. First coined by printmaker Jack Duganne in 1991, giclée printing is a fine art digital printing method that uses specialist archival pigment inks and acid-free papers. The results of this mean you can enjoy gallery-quality prints with excellent depth of colour, longevity and stability. How it works is, microscopic dots of pigment ink are squirted onto high-quality fine art or photographic papers using really high-end inkjet printers, allowing allow for exceptional accuracy, wide tonal range and colour gamut
