Privacy Hub

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and choose how we use it. This page explains how. For the full details, read our Privacy Policy.

Make a privacy request

  1. Email privacy@drool-art.com from the email address you use with DROOL.
  2. Tell us what you would like us to do (see the list below).
  3. If you have an order number, include it. It helps us find your information faster.

We will confirm we have your request. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on it. We will reply within one month, or sooner if the law where you live requires it. Requests are free.

What you can ask for

  • A copy of your information. We will send you the personal information we hold about you, including account details and order history, in a common format such as CSV.
  • Correct your information. Tell us what is wrong and what it should be. You can also change most details yourself in your account.
  • Delete your information. We will delete your personal information. We must keep some records, such as order and payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Stop or limit how we use it. You can object to how we use your information, or ask us to limit it, including for direct marketing.
  • Withdraw your consent. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
  • Know who we share it with. We will tell you which kinds of companies receive your information and why.

Marketing emails and texts

To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. You can also email us and we will do it for you.

Cookies and targeted advertising

To stop us using cookies for analytics and advertising, email privacy@drool-art.com and we will help. You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

US residents: we do not sell your personal information for money. We do share some information with advertising partners, which some US state laws count as "selling" or "sharing". To opt out, go to Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as an opt-out.

Asking for someone else

An authorised agent can make a request for you. Please send us written permission signed by you. We may still contact you to confirm it.

If you are not happy with our answer

Reply to our answer with the word "Appeal" and we will look at your request again and reply within 45 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator. In the UK this is the Information Commission (formerly the ICO), at ico.org.uk. In the EU, it is the data protection authority in your country.

Wherever you live

Use the same email address wherever you live. We handle each request under the law that protects you, including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the Swiss FADP, US state privacy laws (such as California, Colorado, Virginia and Texas), Canada's PIPEDA and Quebec's Law 25, Brazil's LGPD, the Australian and New Zealand Privacy Acts, South Africa's POPIA, Japan's APPI and Thailand's PDPA.
