I’ve placed an order, what next?

Great, so your order has now been sent to the print studio and will soon be produced. As all our art prints and framing is made to order, meaning we eliminate any unnecessary waste by only printing what sells. Don’t worry, this doesn’t mean there’s painfully long production and delivery times, as our studios operate 24/7, with over 80% of products being manufactured and shipped within 24-48 hours

How long will delivery take?

To eliminate waste and allow for our bespoke frames to be handcrafted, everything sold on DROOL is made to order. But this doesn’t mean crazy long waiting times, as print labs operate 24/7, with over 80% of orders being made and then dispatched within 24-48 hours

Shipping times (after dispatch):

🇬🇧 UK = 2-3 working days
🇺🇸 USA = 2-5 working days
🇪🇺 EU = 5-7 working days
🇦🇺 AUS = 3-6 working days
🌎 Rest of world = 5-12 working days

These times are estimated and may be longer, especially during peak periods or holidays.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Once an order goes into production it is automatically booked in with our shipping partner and production enters into multiple automated flows, so changing or cancelling an order is difficult. Feel free to contact us via our contact form here and we will try our best.

What’s your return and exchange policy?

If you're not happy with your order simply contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return

What if my order arrives damaged?
We protect orders well, however, from time to time, breakages can happen. In this case, we will happily send a free replacement

Will I be charged import fees?

We can guarantee there will be no additional import, custom or delivery fees on shipments to the UK, EU, AUS and USA*. For all other destinations it is pretty unlikely, but as with many international imports, you may be required to pay local duties or fees on the arrival of our order. Please note, DROOL unfortunately can not advise on this, nor can DROOL accept responsibility for these costs on orders outside of the UK, EU, AUS and USA. It is best to speak to your local authorities for more details

The only exception is A0 prints delivered to the EU, as these are currently shipped from the UK. So since Brexit these may be subject to fees.
